Change Management Paradigm
Introduction
With the ever-changing world, there is a need for organizations to formulate a change management process. Whether a group is arranging a fundamental change or a small one, it must be planned so that it can be efficiently executed. The article is going to take a look at a change management process that can be used for a successful transition.
The process focuses on four stages: preparation, design, execution, and sustenance. The primary goal of a successful change is to plan. The preparation phase involves identifying the need for a change. Once you have spotted the problem, you will be able to move forward with creating a vision that shall assist in solving the menace. From the preparation stage, we go to the design phase where it entails crafting the way forward. The right path should be planned while still using the correct change model. To understand the steps needed for a successful change process the phase takes a look at the vision and works backward. Through understanding as much information you can get, one can address the problem in a clear and precise way. A change management plan is created to allow the project to be monitored.
At the execution phase, the implementation of the change path chosen takes place. Regular feedback and communication about the vision and the plan are maintained. More channels of communication are preferred. Corrective action plans are also considered to ascertain whether the program is working or not. The last stage of the process is the sustenance phase which is concerned with maintaining the vision through encouragement and using the employees to enforce the changes. At the stage, it is essential to stick to the change path model that you chose while giving enough attention to the fundamental requirements during the transition. According to EBA (2016), we should not enforce change on people. They decide on what to do, and our role is to present the difference and try to encourage as many people as possible to support it.

From the article, we have seen that with the correct change management paradigm different ideologies can be adopted effectively. Regular assessments should be done to make sure the changes are running smoothly.
